Growing up in a middle-class family that strongly valued education, Swati developed a love for mathematics during her years at Fergusson College. After graduating in 1991, she began her teaching career by coaching students for Indian board exams, quickly gaining recognition for her ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts.

Her first batch of students in 1997 achieved a 100% pass rate, with all scoring above 90%, showcasing her ability to transform students’ learning experiences.

Ms. Swati Naik’s teaching career has taken her across multiple countries and cultures, shaping the academic success of students from different curricula and learning backgrounds:

• 2004 – 2007: Worked at J H Ambani School, Mumbai, honing her expertise in advanced mathematics education.
• 2008: Moved to Chennai to coach students at the American International School, where she mentored students from various nationalities.
• 2009 Onwards: Established herself as a leading IB and IGCSE Mathematics tutor in Pune, coaching students from international schools across India and abroad.
• 2018: Worked with RMS School, Chail, guiding high school students through their final year of mathematics.
